28th August 2022 Left Bad Neualbenreuth at 09.45. Weather somewhat overcast and light rain. Arrived at Walchsee at 15.45 after having been in “stau, stau und immer stau” resulting in an all time low average speed of 64 km/h. Apart from the heavy traffic, in particular around Munich, we had rain most of the way. Had to forego my afternoon nap, as while there are no trucks on the motorway on Sundays, they are all blocking the parking places.
